She is the proud mother of two accomplished adult daughters and the spouse of an Army veteran, drawing inspiration from her family’s resilience, service, and love. Her life experiences have shaped her passion for uplifting women, building strong communities, and creating safe spaces for growth, healing, and empowerment.

With strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a heart for service, she plays an essential role in supporting leadership, coordinating programs, and maintaining effective communication across the sisterhood. She assists with scheduling, documentation, event preparation, membership coordination, and administrative processes that keep the organization structured and aligned with its mission. Her professionalism, reliability, and positive spirit create a welcoming and organized environment for both members and community partners. More than managing tasks, she is committed to the vision of empowering women and strengthening unity. She understands that strong administration builds a strong foundation, and she works diligently behind the scenes to ensure every initiative reflects integrity, excellence, and purpose. Her dedication helps move the mission forward supporting women as they uplift, encourage, and stand together in sisterhood.

Daisy Wilcox

Assistant to Chief Operating Officer

  • I serve as the Assistant to the COO of a women’s organization, where I help keep our mission moving by supporting leadership, coordinating in-town operations, and making sure our events and daily functions run smoothly. I’m passionate about creating spaces where women feel supported, encouraged, and seen.

    Outside of my role, I’m a proud mother of two and a devoted wife. My family is my foundation, and the love and strength I pour into my work comes from the life we’ve built together. Balancing family and service is part of who I am, and it inspires me every day to show up with purpose, compassion, and commitment.

  • Earnestine Thompkins is a devoted spiritual mother, mentor, and guiding light to women from all walks of life. As the visionary leader of Am I My Sister’s Keeper Inc. she has dedicated her life to nurturing, empowering, and uplifting women through faith, healing, and sisterhood. With a heart anchored in compassion and a calling rooted in service, she provides women with a safe space to grow, be heard, and walk boldly in their purpose.

    For years, Earnestine has walked alongside women as a teacher, prayer warrior, counselor, and advocate—helping them break through emotional, spiritual, and generational barriers. Her leadership is marked by grace, wisdom, and an unshakeable belief in the power of God to transform lives. She is often referred to as a “spiritual mother” because of the love, covering, and guidance she provides to every woman she serves. As a First Lady of Church for many years that was role given to her as a Spiritual  Mother and it became a passion of hers with the love she have in her heart for others.

Nikki Weatherspoon

  • Nikki Weatherspoon serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Organization Am I My Sister’s Keeper Inc. where she plays a vital role in overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, and program implementation that support and empower women and families. With a strong commitment to service and excellence, she ensures that the organization’s mission is carried out with integrity, compassion, and efficiency.

Rachel Hernandez

Merchandise Supplier

  • With 24 years of honorable service in the United States military, Rachel Hernandez brings discipline, leadership, integrity, and excellence to everything she does. As a proud veteran, she has dedicated her life to serving others, both in uniform and now within the community. As the Merchandise Coordinator for the women’s organization, she oversees the branding, presentation, and distribution of products that represent the heart and mission of the sisterhood. Her military background has equipped her with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute with precision and professionalism.

    Beyond logistics and operations, she carries a deep passion for empowering women. She understands the importance of unity, accountability, and representation, ensuring that every item distributed reflects the strength, dignity, and purpose of the organization. Her commitment to excellence, service, and sisterhood continues to inspire those around her. After 24 years of serving her country, she now proudly serves her community—proving that leadership doesn’t retire; it evolves.

Secretary

Lavonda Robinson

  • Lavonda Robinson is a dedicated and respected leader who serves as the Secretary of a women’s organization, where she plays a vital role in supporting operations, communication, and organizational growth. In this role, she is committed to empowering women, strengthening community connections, and ensuring that the mission of the organization is carried out with excellence and integrity.

    In addition to her leadership service, Lavonda works as a district property manager, where she brings strong management skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach to overseeing properties and supporting teams. Her professional experience reflects her ability to balance responsibility, organization, and leadership while maintaining a high standard of service.

    Beyond her professional and community roles, Lavonda is a devoted wife and mother who places great value on family, faith, and personal growth. She believes in leading by example and strives to instill strong values of compassion, perseverance, and service in all that she does.

Residential Counselor

Dionne Jenkins

  • As the Mental Health Counselor for Am I My Sister’s Keeper Inc., Dionne Jenkins is devoted to supporting the emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being of women within the sisterhood. With a compassionate heart and a servant-leader mindset, she provides a safe, confidential space where women can heal, grow, and rediscover their strength. Guided by faith and professional training in mental health counseling, she understands that true wellness involves caring for the mind, body, and spirit. She works closely with women facing anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, life transitions, and personal challenges—offering encouragement, practical tools, and biblically grounded wisdom to help them move forward with confidence. She believes in the power of restoration and stands firmly on the truth of Jeremiah 30:17: “For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord.” Her mission is to remind every woman that seeking help is an act of courage and that healing is not only possible—it is promised. Through workshops, support groups, and one-on-one sessions, she helps cultivate resilience, accountability, and emotional wholeness within the sisterhood.

Conita Chance

Assistant Director

  • Those who know Conita describe her as someone with a natural passion for helping others—something she finds healing for herself as she pours into those around her. Throughout both her childhood and adult life, she has experienced and survived what many would consider complex trauma. These experiences have shaped her into a deeply empathetic and compassionate woman. She seems gifted with the ability to sense the pain and struggles of others, and she is often moved to speak life, offer support, and step in wherever needed—whether for family, friends, or even complete strangers she feels drawn to.

    Her faith has not only sustained her through adversity but has given her the strength to overcome and to offer hope and encouragement through her living testimony.

    Conita considers it an honor to be part of this organization because helping others is both her calling and her joy. She understands the magnitude of the world’s needs, yet she believes that even small acts of service matter. While her individual contribution may seem modest, she knows that when women join together in sisterhood, they are truly better together.

    Conita is the mother of six adult children and the proud grandmother of six. In addition to serving as Assistant Director, Conita shares a decades-long friendship with the founder of Am I My Sister’s Keeper, Inc. They carry the same heart for the organization’s mission—first to honor God, and then to strengthen one another as they reach outward to serve their community and the world. Their partnership is a testament to faith, sisterhood, and a shared commitment to being about their Father’s business.
